I have to make sure there's no air in the syringe before i use it. But it's hard to tell if I'm getting the medication in the syringe or just air. Also, the measuring lines and numbers on the side come off easily which means they don't last long with reuse. I would buy again in a pinch if I had to but if I can find a better options that's clear I prefer it.
