Helpful
This mask has been helpful for headaches. It cools the entire face. My son and I used them while feverish and they were helpful due to the straps that keep the mask on while moving around. The fit is standard and all pieces are easy to apply.

It was eh.
It’s really good for icing if you need something from the freezer but you can not microwave these. I microwaved for 10 seconds & it popped. You can however heat them in a bowl of hot water or boil on low on the stove.

Missing under eye pads
It’s missing the under eye pads. Aside from that it seems nice, but it just doesn’t include all the pieces that are shown and advertised.

Wish I would have gotten them sooner!
Absolutely love it! I got the full face one, the half face one and the the circular ones. They are awesome. My daughter said the full face one would have been great to have after she had her wisdom teeth removed. I am currently wearing the half face one and it is great!

Didn't come with all the pieces
Half the pieces are missing. Only the full face, they full eye, and a single circle came in the package. The pieces that did arrive are nice and I will use them. I like that they inlcude a freezer bag to keep everything together. Just a bummer about missing half the items.

Love this! Only complaint is the nose area is a bit annoying and should not be there but other than that this is something I use regularly.
