This pan is truly non-stick. I've used it a 100 times and it's still non-stick. It's my favorite pan for cooking steaks, it leaves nice grill lines and sears meat nicely. It's good quality and feels very strong...the handle is still on tight and the pan has a nice weight to it.

I love this grilling pan. It’s not always easy to grill outdoors due to weather and this is so simple to just put on the burner. It cooks evenly and I’m impressed with the nonstick. The food comes out perfect and looks like it was grilled. The size is great for 2 steaks or 4 chicken thighs. I’m sure it can be used for other types of meat, like bacon. Cleanup is simple and I’ve had no issues with scratching or durability. It has a nice weight to the pan.

Just used the grill pan today to grill shrimp. Successful, but I did overcook the shrimp. Not the pan's fault. I am new to grilling. One thing...the pan heats up very quickly. I brushed on oil to keep the shrimp from sticking. A drop of water fizzled in just a couple of minutes. I will need to practice. I wanted primarily for seafood, fish, tofu, and vegetables. I am glad they make these pans. I have no room to store a portable grill and I don't want an outside grill. My stove is gas. I read about grill pans. I wanted something not too expensive and light weight. I have a cast iron wok, and it is heavy. This is light but sturdy. It cleans up very easily in the sink in soap and water. The handle screwed on easily and a screwdriver was provided. I hope it will last a long time. I may try the salmon next.

This grill pan is a winner. The 9.5-inch size is perfect, and the ceramic surface cooks bacon, chicken, and veggies evenly without sticking. The raised grill lines give everything a nice sear, and the pour spouts make draining grease easy. It heats fast, cleans fast, and works on any stove. If you want a small grill pan that performs like a big one, this is it.

I love this brand for a less toxic safer pan to use however it's not non-stick it's less stick. I have other pans by the same company and they are absolutely non-stick this is not one of those pants you will have to scrub it with one of those green scrubbers and even then it won't get all clean

Absolutely love this grilling fry pan. It does give nice grill lines to the meat and I like that the pan is made from safe ingredients and not hazardous ones. I find medium high heat works best . Wash up is a breeze. No scouring or dishwasher required! I wish mine would have been on sale when I bought it but I am just happy to have it in my kitchen. I threw out all my old nonstick pans and replaced them with others from this line and they are all fantastic. Nice knowing the food I am cooking is not leaching potentially nasty chemicals into our food or home. Highly recommend them.
