An upgrade I didn’t know we needed! Now as a homeschool mom and a reading tutor, my students are finding these new decodable readers so fun and engaging. Before you get started reading, you have a list of all the words in the book, plus high frequency words so you can review them before reading. The pictures are colorful and rich and the text is a great repetition of words. The best part is the fun phonemic awareness activities at the end of each story. You’re really getting a whole lesson in one book. I love how the author/ creator of these series broke up each set. That is something I did not have with the Bob books. In set one you have all the short vowel sounds. So you have a book to follow up each lesson. I highly recommend this series of readers!
