2 pull chopping!
Great tool- 2 pulls and the chopping is done! So much faster than using a knife. Purchase after seeing Sivan use it regularly in her videos. Love it!

A game changing product
The best onion experience ever
User
I bought this a year ago for chopping onions
(which I freeze in sandwich bags in 1/2 cup increments) and it has held up well. I find I can chop one medium sweet onion per load. I use it exclusively for onions and simply rinse all the parts when done. Very fast cleanup! Take precautions with the blade, which is very sharp. It did take me a few times to learn how to position the pieces. As per others, I start a load with more shallow pulls until the pieces are smaller. I find that about 40 pulls (not all the way out) are enough to finely chop the onion.

More difficult then you might think
I like it however it’s not that easy to use unless you cut your pieces fairly small.

Save your money
The concept is great, but this product is not durable. In less than two months and less than 10 times using it, the string coil broke and no longer retracts. There’s similar reviews saying the same thing. I could hear the coil grinding so it must have failed and now it is completely unusable and not repairable as the string won’t pull. The lid also never sat properly without being finicky. Also, the design of the handle is terrible - it has a large ridge that is super painful to pull, it rubs against your fingers as you pull out.
User
Better than my previous chopper
I bought this after my previous chopper broke into pieces. Surprisingly, this one has double blades and quick to chop. Dishwaher safe and no water leaking into the lid. Which is a plus point as my previous chopper used to suck in the water throught the nylon.
