Adds comforts; reduces back pain
Took a few days to get used to sitting on it properly as it effects your height a little. Soft but keeps you more comfortable. I like it.

App connectivity needs work
This would get 5 stars if I didn't have to remove the machine from its app and reconnect it every time I wanted to use it and track my sessions. Wow. They actually read these post. They contacted me and let me know that they are aware of the issue and working on it with their app developer. Update 12/25: the fixed the app and it is great 5/5 stars. Connects perfectly!

Just what I needed.
The cushion fit perfectly and gave just the right amount of cushion.

Not as comfortable as i was hoping.
This seat seems like it’s made of foam more so than gel. It makes the seat a little more comfortable but as i approach rowing for an hour, it starts to get painful in the seat area.

zero problems --- quality machine.
I am trying to figure a way to keep the foot pads from folding under the machine when I move the machine from the upright position to the vertical. The toes swing under and are trapped so I have to rock the slide rails to get them untrapped. Small problem - otherwise everything is good.
