Midten precision
Just like my Midten 12GA boresighter, this 9mm boresighter came zeroed out of the box. Good thing it did because, I just realized that neither is adjustable. My next purchase will be the Midten 223 boresighter for sure!Details: Comes with 9 batteries. But you can only fit two. To turn off, remove batteries. Tested on my Glock26. Remove the mag and clear the pistol. With the slide open, slide the head of the boresighter from the top of the breechface downward behind the extractor until the boresighter is captured by the extractor and is pointing dead center at the barrel chamber. Release the slide stop and slowly guide the slide forward until it is in battery. Verify against your cowitness (glock sights) at 15 to 25 yards. Extract normally. Do not drop!Update 2:Contrary to my initial perception that the Keltec SUB2000 extractor does not capture the rim of the boresighter, it actually does! And quite securely. The reason why it does not work with the bolt in battery is that the boresighter is much shorter than a regular cartridge as shown in the pictures. And that's what causes the boresighter to be canted in battery and the beam to not be coaxial with the bore axis. The misalignment is obvious because the dot is a messy blotch rather than a crisp clean point on the target. Why it works with the slide in battery in a Glock26, I have yet to determine. In any case, it works on the SUB2000 with the bolt locked open.

Good and affordable.
Easy to use, just make sure you drop it in the chamber and not slam it. The brightness of laser is clear and precise. The only complaint I have is once I was done it wouldn’t drop with ease. I used .223 5.56 bore laser.

Piece of junk
This is the 4th different brand of have bought of these things trying to save ammo. Well it did not even put me on paper from 10 yds or 25yds it was a total waste of money please just buy a box of ammo and do it the old fashioned way and be done. You don't want the trust your life to a piece of crap. I was sighting in a vortex strike eagle so it's not like I as working with a junk scope. I will never buy another one of these no matter the brand period.

Good Bore Sight
Put batteries in this and drop it in the chamber. Tape a target on the wall, and you are ready to check your sights….
