Does the case slip out of one's hand?

No it seems to have a good grip. I can hold it on my shoulder & it doesn't seem to slip. The slight texture of the rubber outer layer seems to keep it from being slick.

How do I remove the camera lens protector? It's VERY stuck. Mine got chipped and it also lets condensation build-up that affects my photos.

I haven't removed mine so far. I would Google this because that's a very good question.
