I can't say enough about how good they are especially the choices of sounds to use. The solar keeps them working during the night. Very easy to use, has a hand remote to turn them off and on if need be. Bears don't like them for sure, especially the young ones. Works on other wildlife, like deer, but they aren't worrisome except on my plants, where these are effective as well. Highly recommended by me! I bought 1, then several more to reach 4.
