Quality has reduced
I have always been a fan of Mr. Makhana, but some how as you are gaining popularity the quality is going down. Firstly this time the makhana received were all soggy, i mean when the packet was obtained, it has lost all its crispiness and it took so much effort in chewing them, if it's rainy season then factory should take more care in packaging and also the size of Makhana has reduced, earlier there were big sizes also but now just to save costs you have reduced the size. Not expected out of such a good company

The packets were punctured to reduse their shipping volume. Product stale we received it.
The packets wer punctured to reduce their shipping volume. This leaked the nitrogen filled to keep the product fresh. The result was the makhana loosing their crispness and getting that stale after taste. Did not expect this with such premium product. Our previous orders of the same product wer delivered in very good packing in perfect condition.
