Will this motorcycle phone mount fit google pixel xl?

Yes, It fits Google pixel xl fine.

Is this case friendly?

It is! It cradles the phone securely. I have a lifeproof case on iPhone X and it fits comfortably

What is the diameter of the whole that goes in the mirror screw? I bought another "universal" holder that didn't fit in my piaggio typhoon.

I’ll dont recommend this phone holder. After 1 month of used, all the pieces start to broke, and also I broke all the screen of my new iPhone X while I was driving my bike using this f...kng holder. I'll recommend you to pay $10-$15 dollars more and save money of repairing your phone!
