No matter how many times I adjusted it, there were always areas that stayed bunched up, almost like the protector was too big or poorly fitted. Since this goes directly under your sheets, that matters a lot. A mattress protector should stay smooth and basically disappear under the sheets, not create lumps and uneven spots you keep noticing. The biggest issue came when I realized the mattress protector I received did not appear to be new, even though I purchased it as new. I returned it immediately. For a hygiene item like a mattress protector, that is completely unacceptable. Overall, I’m really disappointed. I had a great experience with this company years ago, but based on this purchase, their quality has definitely gone WAY down.

Artic Chill Mattress Protector.
This is a very nice mattress protector. Its fits our twin mattress well. We have 2 Twin mattress that make a King mattress. I believe the mattress cover makes our beds feel more comfortable and it feels cooler, which is very nice way to fall asleep!

Quality Has Gone Way Down
I ordered the Arctic Chill Mattress Protector because I had owned a mattress protector from Protect-A-Bed for over 10 years, and it finally wore out. That older one held up well for a long time, so I felt confident ordering from the same company again. Unfortunately, this one was a major disappointment. Disappointed...
I have always bought this brand of mattress protector in the past. They are a bit pricier than other brands but I have never had any issues with them.....until now. The Arctic Chill mattress protector has a lot thicker material on the top, and it is a lot slicker. I had issues with it bunching and my sheets sliding off. I have never had this issue in the past. I removed the mattress protector and now my fitted sheet stays on the bed again. Unfortunately, I am outside the return window or I would have returned it. Very disappointed, wish they'd bring the design from a few years ago back, they were the best.

Love It!
This is a great mattress protector, and it actually cools. The only down fall is the material is slick and my sheets keep wanting to slide off.

Horrible can’t keep sheets on with these things. Wish I could return them but I can’t. Sheets just slide all over

So so
I bought this to replace the original I bought in 2018 with my mattress. The original is falling apart and did not block the stains on the mattress. It's required by the company I purchased the mattress from for the warranty. It definitely did not last 10 years and did not block any stains after the 12-18 months. The plastic like layer on the bottom is disintegrating and flaking off. No response from the manufacturer on this matter.
