I bought this tea for myself so that I can relax after a long day and have a good night of sleep! I enjoy the taste, aroma, and quality of this wonderful tea.

This tea I drink before bed. The probiotics are one reason I drink it, plus it has a lot of beneficial herbs as well. It works for me and tastes great! I just bought more!

For me,, this tea worked wonders... I've had sleeping issues for decades. Including falling to sleep and then waking up 6,8 times till I finally decide to just get out of bed.. normally around 9, 930 am. Since I've started drinking this tea... I've been falling asleep easier,, and by that I mean,,when I put my head on the pillow, I fall asleep (guessing) within 5 or so minutes... and the best parts... I'm not waking up as many times during the night, and I'm also getting out of bed earlier, because when I wake up at 6 or 7 AM,, I feel rested. This falling asleep,, that I described. It isn't a feeling of being so tired and sleepy that I can't keep my eyes open.. Instead it's a very gentle suggestion... "Joe I think it's time for you to go to sleep"... kind of feeling. I normally drink the tea,, about 2 hours before I'd like to go to sleep.... and if I have to be up for some reason,, I can still function without feeling groggy... which was the case a few weeks ago.. My wife woke me telling me she was having a terrible pain,,, Long story short,,, a trip to the ER at about 1 AM.. The findings ? Kidney stones were getting passed. We got home at about 10am. I didn't feel "doped up" at any point during the time at the hospital... oh and I stayed up the rest of the day. Me.. a man 79 years old,

I actually can't get over how great this tea is! My son hasnt slept properly in months due to his autism and adhd, the latest hes fallen asleep is 3 am. Tonight he tried it and he was asleep before 8pm. I couldn't recommend this enough.

Bought for my mother, to help her sleep after bereavement. They worked straight away. She said taste is an acquired one, but they work, so that's all that matters

Really works, 2 bags and in a large cup, 40 minutes before bed and I sleep like a baby! Shame that it's so overpriced. Hopefully other companies will start making their own products to drive down the extortionate price!

These don't make any difference to our sleep, even using two bags in one cup. We have tried several nights now. Absolute waste of money & they are very expensive! Very disappointed.
