It cleans up so easily and cooks great. I've used it for grits, oatmeal, heating up beans, and single serving of pasta. It is a practical go-to pot. Size is 2 qrt. Lid has a vent. Light weight so it doesn't sit evenly unless there is something inside the pot and then it is fine. That is because the handle pulls the weight to one side when empty but not to the point of tipping over or anything.
