I bought this for my 3 year old nephew and he absolutely loves it. He wanted a real compass to play with and hasn’t put it down since he got it. Looks like a piece of pirate treasure.

We purchased 2 of these compasses for our grandchildren, if they survive a couple of weeks i will be happy. They seemed to be made well and were heavier than most children’s compasses. Both were very close to being accurate and the sliding dial for navigation was a plus. When they go camping with my son he will teach them how to use them so hopefully they’ll survive the camping trip.

If I depended on this "compass", I would have been lost. This compass's broken in about 5 minutes. It does not point to the North anymore. I have purchased a lot of items from Amazon for many years. This is the first faulty manufactured product I have ever purchased from Amazon.

My kid is obsessed with treasure and gold. I ordered this compass so he would have a gold one for his treasure chest. Ours does not actually work - the needle will move slightly, but no matter which direction we’re facing it still says North (instead of the needle pointing North - it will stay on the “N” even if we are facing South) but - he can’t read a compass so it’s not a big deal for us.

Its worth the money
