750W Macerating Toilet System with 4-Inlet, Durable Pump, Extension Pipe - Easy Install, Space Saving

Easy to install and works well in our half-bath addition in our basement. There is some noise with flushing and draining from the sink, but it isn't excessive at all and would probably be quieter if the tank was recessed in the wall. We did not put ours in the wall but that is an option.

It’s a great toilet but videos say easy to install not true it takes quite a lot of time to install videos say less than an hour

This toilet is exactly what we wanted for our new basement. It looks like a normal toilet and is fairly quiet during flushing. We had it professionally installed by a plumber and we noticed a small leak in the marcerating portion so we contacted the company and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Turns out the leak was in the connection hose and it only needed adjusted and retightened and is working perfectly now. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase

Nice looking toilet. It takes a second before the pump kicks on. I made the mistake of flushing it twice and it almost overflowed. Maybe it just takes some getting used to. My daughter pooped in it, so I guess it works fine! Just don’t like the delay in pumping the water up and out.

I needed to install a toilet for my workspace in my basement and finally found this product to see my vision come true. My brother in law installed it since he is a handy man. All in all it took less than a few hours and all is good. The packaging was immaculate and everything was included. So far it works well the noise is very minimal and would buy again.

installed toilet directions suck, seat dont stay up wingnuts hit toilet when installing tank, leaks at pump to toilet flange tried everything to get it stop no luck. Been calling telephone number that came with it for 3 days all i get is no ring it says user busy. left message online for 24 hour call back no call back . found out its a chinese company figures why does amazon let these kind of companies sell products. read other reviews said great tech support thats a bunch of bull.

I purchased this 750W Maceratingflo Toilet System about 5-6 months ago. It worked excellent until about 3 weeks ago, when the pump started sounding & acting bad. I left an online message on the Macereratingflo website, asking for the cost of a replacement pump unit. I was thrilled to learn it was under warranty, and they immediately sent out a new and free pump unit to me! I received it in only 3 days. This is a really good toilet system, with GREAT customer service!!

Replaced an old one and hook up was very easy. This one seems more powerful and when flushing it works much smoother. Not as loud either. Price was much better also compared to the old unit.
