So far, so good. Seems to be doing what it’s suppose to do. Energy levels seem better and my workouts do seem better too.

It might get things going, but your garlic breath will ensure it’s to no avail. I like the good mix of supplements in this. The fact that it is 4 tabs to me is not bad it shows it’s probably legit ingredients. The garlic is nasty strong. Even after just 2 pills you can taste and smell the garlic in your breath bad. And the burps are rather unpleasant. If there were a garlic free option i would consider it. I don’t know why they include so much garlic. Some one said it’s not garlic it’s ginger.. no it’s garlic. Lol. Definitely garlic. There is both ing in this but the taste is garlic. So far that’s my only complaint seems good other than that.

It’s obviously not crazy roid rager stuff but I can tell that it works. Ever since I quit drinking I’ve been completely sober and at first I didn’t notice anything. Once I started my second bottle I realized it was actually making an effect on my work outs and overall mood.

I've been taking this product for about 6 months now, and while I haven't had blood work done to test effectiveness, I do feel like I have a little more energy and drive than I did before. The ingredients look to be of good quality and natural, rather than a lot of chemicals. I don't like that I have to take so many capsules, 4 seems like a high number, so it would be great if they were able to condense it down to maybe just 2, if not 1 single, but I don't think there's much in the way of fillers like many other supplements have, so it's completely possible that there isn't a way to condense to fewer capsules. There's very little smell, and no taste, so that's a definite plus. The size of the capsules is consistent with most other supplements I've taken. This product is a bit on the expensive side, and I'm sure part of that is the name branding, but honestly, I feel like there are few other supplement lines out there that are as all natural and effective as the Jocko line.

Has a bad aftertaste and gave me stronger body odor. Wasn’t a good fit for me but might work better for someone else

Everything in this supplement is good, effective, proven for hormonal support. Probably good value for being able to get it all in one pill. Particularly the Tongkat Ali and Garlic Extract. It's good to have have a supplement that you don't have to overthink. Repeat buy.
