10 to 1 as 10 this and 1 water ? Tia

1 part citrus pre wash to 10 parts water, depending on the level of cleaning required.

Can this be used to clean upholstery

No, if I were you I’d get a upholstery specific cleaner. This is a de-greaser which helps lift road grime on exterior

Is this safe to use on plastic trim? I am wanting to use it on a nissan juke which has plastic trim all along under the bodywork.

Yes it's safe. I would dilute it down. I have a 5 litre pump sprayer and I would suggest a dilution of 1:10 for normal cleaning. And maybe a 1:5 for a real mucky job. Just make sure the product doesnt dry on vehicle. I tend to spray on car then spray a foam spray on top.
