I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. He is a bright, lively boy and loves making things. He is scientifically minded and enjoys working out who things work. I thought this might be a bit too advanced for him, but he absolutely loves it. I also got the lecture about green energy and climate change from him at the same time!! Brilliant gift.

Really disappointed. Some of the parts were really badly machined (looks like they just weren't moulded correctly). It was only a couple but no amount of tinkering would get them to fit and /or function, which rendered the whole project useless. Won't be buying this product again, the quality just isn't consistent.
