What can I say about an old staple. Alka-Seltzer works great. Puts the cold and cough in check almost immediately. Great product

After a week of having a really bad cold tried this medicine and it doesn't taste like citrus fruit but it does help a little bit. I put it in a full tall glass of water which helps me get the water that I need to prevent dehydration.... On the advantages it doesn't have an acetaminophen this says it has aspirin in it. Asprin has been around for a hundred years and doesn't have a lot of recalls it's tried and tested.... One thing I like is that this medicine gets rid of the headache I have had with this cold. I probably would use this again out of all of the medicines that I've tried the DAYQ medicine AND THE OTHER MEDICINES... This one seems pretty fast & effective. Dollar for dollar it is a good value. Also it clears the sinuses pretty quickly I don't know if it's the effervescence or the medicine being in a liquid form working really quickly but just in the time that it took me to write this my sinuses are clear.

Best rated in my opinion if your sick

Good basic to keep around the house in case starting to feel sick. Prefer the gel caps tho this is fine if home & have access to glass of water to activate it.

Works great on my symptoms, the way Amazon packaged it was unreal.
