I really like the feel of this mattress. My hips no longer hurt so that is a plus. This mattress is HEAVY! I definitely needed help getting it on the bed. Do it’s a solid mattress. This is my first mattress in a box and I was a bit concerned that it would not “fluff” out. But it did. What I don’t like is that on one side, the mattress cover seems like there is a lot of space and it didn’t fill out completely. You can see in the pictures that the fabric is— mushy. So I don’t know if the mattress on that side is damaged. The other thing I don’t like is that I can’t sit on the edge of the bed because the mattress collapses, this is also on the same side that the fabric is squishy. For $1,500.00 I was really hoping I would have a great mattress, something that would last a long time. I wish I could see inside of it to find out if the mattress is defective on the side that did not fill out completely. UPDATE: after almost 2 weeks, I need to put in an update on this mattress. I don't know if I have a defective mattress, but I no longer believe this is a good mattress. In fact, I am finding it dangerous! The issue is the edges of the mattress. The other night, I leaned over to put my glasses onto the table and my body started to slide off! There is zero support on the edges! As I started to roll off, I tried to pull my body back onto the bed, but couldn't as there was no support! Lucky I did not crash on the floor! Several days ago, I sat down on a different edge and my body fell forward and down -- because there is zero support underneath. I've read many of the reviews and there are so many that are thrilled with this mattress, and not one mention with no support on the edges. So it makes me wonder if my mattress is defective! Additionally, when I am laying on the mattress, I must stay in the middle of the bed. Once I roll to the side, I start to feel as though I am rolling or leaning towards the edge! Bottom line -- this mattress is not safe (at least the one that I have). After reading all of the great reviews, I took a chance on this. Concerned that this mattress is going to be sucked into a box and shipped. I have learned, it is better to buy from the store and have them deliver - not stuffed into a box!

Had to add a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper to make it somewhat bearable for comfort...still bouncy and my medium size hips sink much lower than my feet which is annoying Will probably return...I suggest going to a mattress store and testing before committing...spend another 500 bucks and get something really worthwhile like Sealy posturepedic or serta iseries

I do not know if I just got a bad mattress or what, but this Dreamcloud Hybrid Premier Rest mattress was returned to Amazon after about 2 weeks sleeping on it. For starters, I believe the company re-designed the topper portion of the mattress and the manner in which it attaches to the rest of the mattress. It looks much different from all of the pictures and videos I reviewed during my research. After inflating, I noticed distinct irregularities and unevenness in the surface of the topper that I thought would continue to even out—they never did. The main surface of this mattress is significantly lower than the edges which gives the mattress a downward curve appearance. To make things worse, this “sagginess” only worsened after sleeping on it for just a few days. Looking at this mattress after just 2 weeks, it looks like a 10-year old mattress. I weigh just 175 lbs. The mattress is not very comfortable. I feel the spaces in-between the patterns on the topper which makes the mattress feel somewhat lumpy when sleeping on it. Pressure point relief is not very good. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this mattress. Until my newly-ordered mattress form a local mattress store arrives, I am sleeping on a 10-year old Serta i-Comfort which is now in my guest room. Oh how nice—back to comfort! The new one that will be arriving soon—made by a different company—is extremely comfortable and is also a hybrid. I fully tested it out in the mattress store first. Of all of the stuff I buy on Amazon, I seldom return anything until now!.

This product is terrific, and I mean it. The ActiveCool HD feature is a lifesaver for hot sleepers like me. The gel-infused memory foam is just the right balance of comfort and support. The temperature-responsive foam and the quilted cool cover add to the overall comfort. Also, the 365-night trial is a great bonus. A sound sleep is guaranteed!

I recieved this mattress dirty and defective and getting amazon or the manufacturer to do anything about this is a frustrating long process that seems to be going no wear. It was covered in dirt, grass and small twigs and it arrived sagging and never fully risen to the 16" (expect more like 11"). It is completely uncomfortable to sleep on and it has given me the worst sleep on my life sadly. Sleeping on a cardboard box sounds better but maybe it's just cause I recieved a defective mattress that is sloped and lopsided. I can't really speak on the mattress if it didn't come defective. For now, I am sleeping on my couch. I would not recommend. Too much money for a mattress that you can't even use.

The reason I think this is a really great product is because of the 365 Night Trial. The company really stands behind their product! This convinces me of the quality and durability. I highly recommend for its comfort and the peace of mind that comes with the trial period.
