TOOOO MINTY!!!
UPDATE 08/20/2020: While these are still too minty, they work surprisingly well for my dry mouth at work, and so I would reluctantly buy them again. I still make tons of faces "eating" these but they help & that's most important :) ********************* So I like mint and I love mandarin, so I thought this would be a wonderful combination :) The mint is SO overpowering, I make faces the whole time I have this in my mouth. If it weren't for the pandemic and the masks I'm required to wear during work, my patients would be like what the heck!! I never taste orange, Mandarin, anything but mint. I will NOT buy these again as they are not my taste. You know how Altoids are curiously strong? These are even stronger ;) In summary: way too strong flavor, moisturizing is pretty good, and the longevity is way too long LOL. While I won't buy this again, you may love them, so I can't rate them low because they seem good quality.

Does What it Needs to but the Flavor is Horrible
My birth coach recommended moisturizing lozenges for labor to prevent dry mouth. They specifically said to use sugar free. These definitely do the trick. Starting making saliva as soon as I put it in my mouth. Typically I love citrus and mint together. It’s one of my favorite flavor combinations. This however, is not that. It’s overpoweringly mint, which by itself isn’t bad. I didn’t get any “mandarin” until about halfway through and even then it was not very orange at all. Once the orange started to come through the taste was disgusting. I thought these would be a nice “treat” while I was in delivery but sadly that was not the case. As a weird side effect, they also made my mouth tingle. Glad I only ordered a small pack because I unfortunately will not be eating the rest.

Not any better than a cough drop.
I have severe dry mouth and hated Biotene. I tried these and was only able to suck on one until it was half way gone (which only took about 10 minutes), then it started to burn my tongue. I spit it out and went to sleep. I woke up 3 hours later and my mouth was just as dry as ever, with the sugar leaving granules on the inside of my mouth. This does not work any better than sucking on a cough drop or sipping on water. I hope I can return this product, but if not, at least it was only a few dollars. Since I have tried other products for dry mouth, I thought I would add a review of them. 1)Biotene- Tastes like a weird bubblegum. The gel is really gummy and makes me extremely thirsty. I drink water and now the product is gone from my mouth. The mouthwash reminds me of drinking someone else's spit. YUCKY! 2)Therabreath-Very acidic. Burns my mouth and upsets my stomach. Helps for a few hours. My least favorite product. 3)Thayer's-Tastes like Tang. Takes a bit to get used to the flavor. Works for 3-5 hours. This product I liked the best out of the others. 4)Act-A lozenge that has a mild mint flavor. Works 3-5 hours. Flavor is not consistent between lozenges. I like it, but it contains sugar. This one is my second favorite. 5)MighTeaFlow-Doesn't work very well. Maybe a couple hours and you have to use a lot. Contains Fluoride!
