This Café Bueno coffee machine has been fantastic. It’s easy to use, brews consistently great coffee, and feels solid and well-made. The flavor is smooth and rich every time — no bitterness or weird aftertaste — and it heats up quickly, which I really appreciate on busy mornings. I also love how simple it is to clean and maintain. It’s clear this machine was designed with everyday use in mind. Overall, it’s reliable, efficient, and delivers café-quality coffee at home. Highly recommend.

We first saw this machine at one of our friends houses and instantly feel in love with it. It truly makes professional grade coffee at home. There are plenty of drink options to choose from, our favorite is the Latte, but all of them are great! We also love the hot water option so that we can make tea, or hot chocolate for the kids. We are so glad we invested in one of these machines. It has definitely saved us time and money since we don’t have to go to the coffee shop in the mornings anymore. It literally takes less than two minutes from the machine being asleep to when I have a cup of coffee in my hand (see the video we posted). We would have spent more time waiting in line at the local coffee shop. Now our friends come to our house and have the same experience that we did……they end up buying one too! The maintenance on this machine is very easy. I’d say that we clean out the bottom tray every 4 days or so. I guess I shouldn’t use the word “clean” because all we have to do is empty the waste coffee ground bin into the trash can and dump the water out of the drip tray. It couldn’t be simpler. We have noticed that the bottom tray fills up more quickly if we have the sleep mode turned to 30 minutes since the machine will perform a rinse cycle on power up and shutdown, but this isn’t a problem for us. We recommend preheating your milk or mug if you are the type of person that likes your coffee super hot (some of our friends figured this out while at our house), but we have been happy with the temperature of all the drinks. We’ve had to reach out to Cafe Bueno once with a question and they responded very quickly with the information that we needed. The customer service with this company is AMAZING! I can’t recommend this machine enough.

Excellent Coffee with terrible customer service. Unable to speak to a human. Machine breaks down a lot and now I have to go buy a new machine, definitely not a café Bueno product. Very expensive & overpriced expresso machine. I wrote Cafe Bueno several times that the virtual assistant did not get the machine working and I needed to speak to a human. For the little time that it was working, it would’ve been cheaper to buy coffee at Starbucks. Very disappointed with machine quality. I wasted a lot of time trying to get the machine working. Definitely not worth the money. Cafe Bueno unresponsive to my several requests for help. Don’t waste your money on a Cafe Bueno automatic machine. It is not automatic when it comes to Servicing.

My bueno CB-3000 finally arrived. Was all excited then realized there is no milk froth container included. Would have been nice if they let you know that and give you an option to order one with the machine. Anyway I made my 1st cup of cappuccino and omg - I love it. Taste just like from the coffee shop. This machine is easy to set up and operate. Love how it makes all these different coffee drinks and how you can adjust everything to your liking. The part I don't like is that I have to pull out the machine to add more water because water tank is in the back also the cleaning part looks like it's gonna be a little more work than my previous machine which was child play. Edit: 6 month later and so much for making cappuccino. The suction through tube for milk to froth suddenly stopped working despite me cleaning the tube after each use. Called company and can’t get a hold of them. No help in the manual either. Waste of $800

We've finally received a working Super Automatic Espresso Machine to replace our old one. We've been using these style coffee delivery solutions for decades. This machine is fantastic. Once we tuned the grinder to our liking, the machine delivered excellent brews with consistent pucks. The smell of freshly ground coffee being brewed to order never gets old. The system is straightforward to use and very customizable for each drink option. I highly recommend the milk sidecar option for easy creation of those beverage types. The machine uses a higher level of water than our previous machine, but it is immaculate when it is done rinsing. The noise is minimal, but not non-existent. Refilling the tank is complicated because it's located at the back of the unit, which ends up being under our kitchen cabinets, making it difficult to lift out and replace once filled. But, that's not a show stopper. So far, we are happy with the vendor and their product.

Se ve una cafetera muy profesional, pero después de 2 meses de uso, la temperatura no es suficientemente alta y la cantidad de café máxima no da el sabor o gusto del café como otras marcas antes probadas; la termino regresando por no cumplir con la calidad de café esperada

Hola mi maquina dejo de calentar el agua y ahora se queda en el proceso de calentamiento de agua y no puedo usarla que debo de hacer??
