Little Book of Chakras: Balance your energy centers for health, vitality and harmony

A cute little book that has chapters on each chakra and is good for beginners. Tells you where specific chakras are located on the body, which color resonates with it as well as essential oils, elements and yoga asanas. It also lists how an imbalanced chakra can cause a reaction in the body and mind.Although this is a good little pocket book, I was left with much to be desired as I felt there wasn't quite enough information for restoring balance for each chakra. A book I would recommend instead is Chakra Healing by Margarita Alcantara.

It's a good introduction to chakras. It's written in easy to understand language. It has information about each one, including some of the more obscure chakras and it has activities to help clear and open each one. The information is kept brief and to the point so it's good for reference and for beginners

I found this book to be of great interest. I have read many books on chakras, and this was just perfect. I have quite a lot of knowledge about the chakras, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Ideal for beginners and anyone who wants a quick recap on all the chakras and what they do.

Very interesting little book, had no idea of the emerging chakras so that was enlightening. Overall good book to read. I will be trying the essential oils to balance and cleanse my chakras.
