Tweed Blues Jr is Great Value and Great Amp
I bought this after playing a Katana 50 for a few years. I started playing at 15 and life got in way and picked up again after years and am fully into it again. I love this amp. Its a great amp I know everyone says this but Fender gives you a great clean platform. Being a valve amp you need to understand how to get good tones out of the amp. No effects loop doesn't seem to be a problem. I have a good sized pedalboard and I can hit my Friedman OD 200 and it sounds like a Marshall. I can hit my big muff and sounds great. I use reverb and delay and everything is fine. You do need to follow pedal chain basic rules. Time effects at the end. But I run the big muff vefore my tuner. Fuzz pedals are best direct there should never be anything in front. I didn't believe it until I put in front of my polytune and it sounded meaner. My strat sounds like classic strat on neck which is fav tone. Add a lil dirt and whatever you like and it will sounds great. Its loud. If you have a small apt the katana is better for that honesty. But I dont use my katana much anymore but I do have in office to play when i have spare time. The reverb on the tweed are not as drippy as a Deluxe Reverb or a Princeton. Has a great spring reverb but you have to crank it to really get it and still not like a deluxe. Again i just hit my JHS reverb if i want crazy verb and flashback into a boss analog delay i dont run at once just saying they all work well. Great for 1st tube amp or pro

Tweed Tube Jr.
I bought this “tweed” Blues Jr. after watching hundreds of youtube videos and I played a few in different models in shops! This is the one that had “my Sound” with reverb and the Jensen 12” driver. I LOVE the tone I get from this tube amp and my Fender Strat with only a Boss “Waza Craft” Blues Driver pedal. #BD-2w#Fender🎸❤️🎼✨

What’s not to love? Warm tube magic.
Great small amp with plenty of punch. Great soft tone for my strat. The volume and master have plenty of room to run and should have no problem keeping up with the big guys. Small venue no problem, mic it and your good to go bigger. Small enough to get it in and out of the gig easily with no compromises. Added a tube screamer and a Boss blues driver because the amp itself falls a little short of that really rich overdrive. Excellent tube amp that when you dial it in just right you can’t help but smile. Fun and enjoyable.

How to make this amp sing!
Out of the box, the BJIII is very bright, sharp and brittle. Want warmer, more mellow tones? Put the Master knob on 12, the Volume knob on 2 and put the Reverb nob on 3. Turn Treb, Mid and Bass down to 2. This will give you sweet, warm Fender tone. Want some amazing grit? Keep everything the same, except turn the Reverb to 0. Then add an OCD pedal (crank the drive) and add a Hall of Fame pedal (set to Spring) to the mix. Absolutely perfect!

Received today, box was opened, no paperwork, on/off switch was on, fat switch was on, power cord wadded up and jammed under speaker. Numbers worn off treble and reverb...USED!!!

It’s loud for a small amp, but very warm!

Amp
Fender Bluesman,I love it,it arrived on time and very well packed,I was concerned because it’s a tube amp,the amp sounds wonderful beyond my exspectations.I have a fender Strat and a fender Esquire they both sound good through as does my Gibson SG.I should have got myself one a long time ago.

It's a tube amp, what do you expect?
I play both harmonica and guitar out of this tube amp. You get what you pay for here and this is a straight-up fender tube amp that responds like a tube amp should. It doesn't have bells and whistles and only sounds great when cranked. The traditional fender reverb sounds good too.

Great little amp for small room and powerful enough to gigs, some confusion around the description from the vendor regarding this amp, amp advertised as a blues junior 3 but in fact it is a blues junior nos, after a week of playing and thinking I decide to keep it as I love the tone of the amp. Those amps come equipped with the modified green board wich bring the tone like the junior 3 with out the spark mode. The finish of the tweed cabinet look outstanding the control panel is chrome with white letters and black knob which look fantastic, the Jenson speaker offer a great spectrum.
