Firstly I was sceptical, there are many versions of this type of thing with mixed reviews so would this one be any better? I did a little research as I had never heard of "Runitude", but they were legit, one of there products has 1000s of positive reviews, and in the end it was because of that I decided to go ahead and buy. Arrived on time, so far so good! Opened it up and it was all remarkably well packaged and thought out...Steam generator and diffuser pot , a pop up tent, a mat that says inside, a mat that says outside, folding seat and two microfibre towels. It was a complete package...just add water! I was able to get it set up without referring to the video link provided, but it's always nice to know there is help available if you are struggling. One potential negative - I am 5 foot 8 inches (or 172cm in new money) and whilst the supplied chair was very sturdy I'm not sure I'd fancy sitting on it for any length of time if I was 6ft as its shorter than an average chair, so 6ft folk might need to factor in getting themselves another chair. Anyways onto the tent itself - it was surprisingly tall once I was sat down inside it, the door and windows zips are well placed and have tags inside and out to aid easy opening, I set it to heat level 12 out of the 15 available..it filled up with steam in approx 5 minutes and .it was plenty hot and I was soon sweating like a sinner on judgement day. The best thing of all was it didn't leak onto the floor so was completely mess free. Now an honest summation, it is what it is, its a tent with a steam generator so only you can decide if it offers value for money for you...it did for me, its the best put together package on Amazon with a lot of attention to detail as well as ease of use, with easy access doors, proper mats inside and out, a chair and towels. Its a complete set and it has plenty of heat and steam - what more could you ask for? If you want to sweat like Prince Andrew in a nightclub buy it! 5/5

This steam sauna has been a fantastic purchase, providing a spa-quality experience right at home. I’m impressed by the strong steam output and how relaxing it feels—comparable to any gym or spa sauna but in the comfort and cleanliness of my own space. Setup was quick and easy, and it’s compact, with a convenient storage case, making it simple to pack away when not in use. At 5’7”, I find the seat height perfect, and the entire experience is very comfortable. I often struggle with respiratory issues like chest infections and persistent coughs, so I was looking for something to help clear my chest, and this sauna is doing an amazing job. Adding essential oils to the water has also enhanced the experience, giving a therapeutic touch. Overall, this sauna is a 10/10. If you’re after an efficient, easy-to-use home steam sauna, I’d highly recommend it!

This is brilliant! Takes a few minutes to heat up, then you are in your own personal sauna, I love it. I don't want it super hot, so I chose P13. Maximum is P15. The size is perfect, with a little window you can unzip if you want a breath of colder air. Simple design, well made with quality materials. Easy to collapse and store it away, but mine will stay in the corner and I use it every day. It helps with my arthritis, too.

Too cold. Tent cannot accumulate the heat. Steamer is too weak, like a facial. Might work in a warm apartment but not in an unheated garage. Took 24hrs to dry the mats and tent. Massive hassle for nothing. Tiny uncomfortable chair jabs into your thighs so you can't relax. Great idea but economised to the point of being useless. My hands and feet stayed cold most of the hour. FYI, I'm fit and healthy and very active man, aged mid-40s, 70kg, 5'9" (not obese or elderly or sedentary or sick etc).

This is amazing! It gets very hot and does the job! The tent is basic and lightweight, I’m not sure how it would take to being packed and unpacked repeatedly and you wouldn’t want to be too rough with the zip. However, have it permanently in place and I’m careful with it. It holds the stream, no leaks and is easy to wipe dry after use to keep it fresh. I’m 5’5” and chair is fine for me, but if you were a tall man, it might be a little tight. A regular camp chair could possibly fit! Water heater is simple to use, I put preboiled water into it, to speed it up, so it’s pretty much hot when given 5 minutes to fill the tent. Comes with two mircofibre towels and bags which is a nice little extra. Well worth the money, just wish I had bought it sooner!

Excellent, simple to set up, and easy to use, everything included is top quality, and it works very well does not take long to heat up. however the chair supplied with it is uncomfortable as anything. It's like getting a spike up ya arse. Other than that does exactly what it's mentioned, and as a regular gym goer, it's a great feeling to have a hour in the steam, and come out revitalised and refreshed. I'd give 5 stars, just the supplied chair takes the star away.

Works very well, after 15 minutes I find it very difficult to stay in there as it gets pretty warm, completely dripping after 10 min, definitely get the gym steam room feeling. You can add essential oils into the steamer as well.... Overall very happy...chairs small but so is the pop up tent. It's exactly what I was hoping for. Hopefully it holds up.

UPDATES - Steamer pot stopped working after several weeks, a little after the Amazon return window ended. However, Amazon customer service was great and got me in contact with the correct seller, as I simply went to the website of the brand that is listed on the device and that was apparently NOT the correct seller. The seller has been great working with me to replace my broken steamer pot. ORIGINAL - I have a lot to say about the problems of other types of portable saunas. In short, this model solved all those issues! It also came with some really nice water absorbent towels and doesn’t smell like it just came from a chemical lab. I recently purchased a full size steam sauna and had a lot of issues with it. The full size one would collect water on the floor and leak all over the place. It would also let steam out of the seams. They call those “portable saunas” but they’re huge and they take forever to put together. I could not keep it inside anymore because it was leaking so much water onto my carpet. I also had issues keeping it outside as it would just blow away in the wind unless I placed a Yeti cooler inside it. Even then, I think it started tearing at the seams and made the problem even worse. This sauna solves those problems. It is made just like a pop up tent which TRULY makes it portable. The seams are not stitched together like the other cheaply made “portable saunas.” From a quick inspection, it actually appears to be seamless at the corners. I think it’s impossible not to have any moisture come through the bottom of a portable sauna but this model ALSO comes with an outer and inner water absorbing mat/pad to avoid making a large mess on your carpet or floors. Everything about this tent is clearly made with the highest quality standards. I am super impressed with this company and this brand. There was even a QR Code with a super easy how to video for full set up. Also, a perk about the size of this sauna, although it is only large enough to sit in, it makes it feel a lot hotter and it warms up even quicker.

After reading many reviews I was apprehensive about this starting with some people saying they received a used item and a bunch of others saying the lid cracked within a short period of time. Alarm bells went up when I got the package which was well worn with a hole in it. This was shipped from the east coast all the way here to the Oregon coast and I hoped that all that handling was the cause. I checked every item (and it was all there) very carefully and it looked like this was all brand new stuff. I have a steam tent I have used for years (one of those crazy little ones you poke your head out of) so I can make some comparisons. One thing I didn’t like about my old steam pot is that a lot of steam escaped out the top on the higher settings. This is not a problem with this one as I ran it on 15 for 35 minutes with not a wisp of steam escaping from the unit. Another issue I had is the chair. My old tent came with a very tiny and uncomfortable chair which I quickly chucked and replaced with a beach chair. This chair, though of the same design, is larger and much more comfortable for an average sized adult. Some commenters complained about the heat produced but I find it more than adequate at level 15. Finally about the cracking top. Many people have written that the top cracks and the company in their instructions say to not let the tube kink because that builds up pressure in the pot and will cause the top to crack. The diffuser supplied with this unit has a screw on top that doesn’t let the steam freely rise but forces it down and out the sides. I’m pretty sure that will build a lot of pressure in the steam pot. My old diffuser was designed with no top to let the steam rise freely and so I am dispensing with the screw top on this one. Hopefully I won’t have problems with a cracked top. Updates to follow if anything changes.

I want to love this thing, it works as intended, gets plenty hot etc. Unfortunately I had the same issue others have had. When I started it up today I heard a cracking sound and immediately went over to turn it off. I noticed the lid was cracking around the edges.

Let’s first of all clear up what this item is not. It is not a multi thousand dollar permanent sauna installation. However, if one doesn’t have access to a high end sauna or steam room experience, this unit can be very enjoyable. If you have limited space, limited time, and/or limited budget, this unit can be placed almost anywhere and rapidly give you an enjoyable steam sauna. There is a size limitation. I think if you are over 6’2” /200lbs or have limited mobility you will have difficulty fitting into this unit. The included chair is small but ok for a 20 min steam. Set up is simple. The included waterproof pads work well. The steam generator gets the steam flowing after a 10 min warmup. The included towels are nice. I put one on the chair and wrap the other one around the interior steam tube to protect my feet from the hot tube. Lastly, you can modulate the air flow inside the unit by opening the door and window zippers a tad. I leave the unit going full blast and adjust the zippers but you can also adjust the generator. After use, I leave the door and window open to dry. Every week or so I remove the pads to dry. No mold or mustiness has developed. Perhaps at some future time I will have access to a high end permanent sauna, but for now, at this price point, this item really fits the bill.
