Mostly happy with it
The vent looks great. There is not much wiggle room to placing it if your air duct is not a perfect rectangle. I had to use a hammer on the sides of the duct to get it to the right shape for the vent. I didn't think I applied too much force on the vent, however I bent it with my own two hands while installing it. Overall I'm happy with the change and the look of it.

Measure the internal space before order it.
Good if it is a new construction. I was planning only to upgrade a vent. I had to return because doesn’t fit current space. I would not call a carpenter to cut the wood properly and then repaint the space just to upgrade the look of the vent.

Dimensions a bit off
It's a great look. Has a bit of a sheen to it and I was hoping for a matte finish. But the real kicker is the throat is 9-3/4 x 4. The 4" width means it's too big to fit in a 10x4 plenum. It's also wider than the dimension listed by the manufacturer. Alas, I went to install this well after the return window closed. C'est la vie.

Top plate not seamless as advertised. The vent covers received have seams -photo attached +included advertisement photos - they are overall good quality but we’re purchased for the top plate having that modern seamless look. Paid duty fees and purchased 7covers.. expensive and a little disappointing. False advertisement.(review has been under review for days now - since I sent it they added a 3D model which you have to really play with to actually see the seems separating the top plate, was not there when purchased added after the fact)
