I bought this for my mom awhile back. She says the main difference is she has noticed it’s helping her with her stress levels. So I bought more because it was cheaper on Amazon than the local health food store. In general, I already use this brand for toothpaste and soap bc I trust its quality ingredients.

Pleasant taste, unsure if they helped.
Took these to build my milk supply in the early weeks of postpartum. They actually tasted like maple syrup to me which was pleasant. I don’t know if they actually helped me personally but it didn’t hurt to try.
