It came with a bag to store it in and a pre-tied carabiner. I haven’t used it yet but it seems of a merchantable quality. The cut end has been heat sealed. I’ve put it in my van for emergency use so the bag is useful.

The cable is long and does float. It's nice and thin so it doesn't take up a lot of room on the shelf or in the boat. I've used it for various purposes and it's been strong and useful. I probably wouldn't try to tow anything heavy with this though, since it is so thin, but I've had no problems with the times I've used it. The clip on the end has a locking nut, which is helpful for extra reassurance that it won't come loose. The clip hasn't rusted, though its a bit stiffer than it was at first. (Used it around 8 times all across this past summer).

Good rope and it came in a bag, high visibile

I ordered this ¼ inch polypropylene rope for a boat we recently got for family outings. I needed a general-purpose rope for anything from a front anchor to towing kids in tubes. This polypropylene rope from NorthPada seemed a fair value and had a lot of the attributes I was looking for. The rope itself seems quality made and is a prime example of polypropylene ropes in general. I like its bright orange color which is definitely easy to see on the water. Like other polypropylene ropes it floats, won’t shrink or rot, and is resistant to petroleum and most other chemicals. Its tensile strength of over a 1000 pounds is more than enough for the general-purpose activities I have planned for it. Unlike nylon ropes this rope won’t stretch making it a lot safer for boating in general. Also, I really liked the included carabiner and the rope’s storage bag, which is also a bright orange and easy to find in a pile of gear. All told, I’m happy with this order. I have a quality rope and a fair value—18 cents a foot. I’m definitely thinking of ordering more as you can't have too many ropes it seems.
