This proved to be a great solution for installing a MagSafe iPhone on my new pickup truck for navigation, although it took some trial and error to find the right spot. Why did you pick this product vs others?: It doesn’t stick very well to dashboard maybe because of the texture of the dashboard is not stick-able. However it sticks great to window with no issues and the magnet is strong and doesn’t move! Great product but might want to provide a stronger adhesive for dashboards with varying textures.

My husband asked me to pick out a phone holder for his car. I read a lot of reveiws, did the research, and this is the one I purchased. He opened the box and set it up on the kitchen counter where he sits every day. He liked it so much that it is still thereon the counter! I had to go back and order two more for his truck and car. It easily adjusts in all different angles, the quality is very good, a very sturdy product. It has a thin flat metal ring that adheres to the back of your phone (or case) and a magnet that grabs and holds the phone securely - no more trying to find a car phone holder that fits your phone size. The holder is easy to remove and move, the phone is easy to detach. It's great!

I followed the instructions and did what it said to do but the base would not stay stuck to the dash. Very disappointed.
