SJCAM Upgraded SJ4000 Action Camera 4K30FPS Ultra HD Dual Screen. Excellent to record your tennis!!
I purchased this camera based on the dual screen to record my tennis ground strokes to correct and improve them. So this review is based mainly for this purpose. I don't use the Photo, Playback and Wireless features. I view the recorded video clips on my PC. Pros: - The package come with a battery charger and 2 lithium ions battery with rating of 900 mAh/each and a 32 Gig mini SD card. I am pleased with the battery charger and the free SD card. However I find it more convenient charging the battery through the camera using the mini SD port on the camera. - The front video screen is very useful to properly position the camera when you stick the camera on the back fence (using a small portable tripod hook up with the housing). - I have tried different video settings and the best for me is 720 /30fps. The video clip will not be smaller and the battery last longer with this setting. I just let the camera record continuously for 90mn+ ( I use my own battery with rating of 1350mAh). The video record is split into many 18-minute clips . - There is a small blinking red LED light to let you know that the video is recording. - I review my video recording using VLC app and slow motion is quite clear with 720p/30fps setting. - The video when using the front screen is reversed ( Right side becomes left). I am right- handed but on the video I become a left hand player! There is a setting in the VLC player that let you flip it. Here are the steps: Tools->Effect Filters->Video Effects-> Check Transform-> Choose Flip Horizontally-> Close Cons: - There are little instructions on the user manual. You need to play around with the camera for a while to figure out which button does what! I have owned another action camera before so it is easier to navigate the setting. It would be harder if this is your first action camera! - SD card is difficult to remove once inserted but not impossible, probably due to a weak spring mechanism. I just leave it in the camera when viewing the video. The camera will act as an external USB drive. In Summary: I think this is an excellent camera with dual screen which will give you options where to put the camera ( the front screen is especially useful when you cannot access the rear screen due to the camera placement). The video quality is quite good with 720p/30fps. I would think it is even better with higher setting based on your need. Hope the camera will lasts. Highly recommended!!! I will update this review if something else happens!

Nice camera at a great price-point
I’m not an action camera geek, so my review is based on an amateur’s limited usage under fairly tame conditions. My main use is for driving, as there are plenty of dangerous situations on a regular basis when driving. Now I have the ability to provide video evidence for the police in the event someone is doing something stupid. You will need to purchase a mount for your vehicle if you intend to use it for that purpose. The picture quality is good for what I use it for and for the price point, although the audio could be better, but again, not bad for the cost of the device. The waterproof case seems to work; however, I don’t see a situation where I will need that feature. I placed it in a sink of water just to test it, but haven’t taken it into deep water, so not sure how it holds up to those conditions. It does not have a remote control, which could be a dealbreaker for some people. There’s an app so that you can remotely control the camera, but I haven’t had the need for that, so I haven’t tested that feature, but others have said that it works well and is a great feature. Pros: • The video quality is very good for the price • So far, the battery life appears to be good • Fairly straight-forward to operate • Pictures and movie capabilities underwater from what light testing was done Cons: • None to date for me, but I’m not a power-user by any means Conclusion: • Based on what I’ve seen, this camera seems like a great value for the price and I think it’s worth your consideration if you’re looking for an action camera, especially if you need one for underwater purposes.

Impressive
I just started using the camera it’s very well made and easy too use. Video quality is quite nice. Only issue was the charge cable was a c charge cable rather than the older style cable for the external charger. But other than that it’s quite awesome. Software is easy to use and works flawlessly.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY..
*update* The company reached out and kindly Sent out another camera. The second camera seems to be improved. My one suggestion is if you buy this camera to get your own SD card because the one provided doesn’t work. So i bought this camera on my wife’s amazon account since she has prime and i don’t, anyways for reasons like everyone else, to spend $50 on an action cam vs the go pros that are $300 - $500+ When you receive this camera it comes in a really nice box, and actually feels like good quality and the attachments are decent. But once you turn it on and go through the features you start to realize why its $50. The micro SD card got so hot on my first use that it burned my finger trying to take it out, literally BURNING HOT. So i went to Walmart and bought a 64 GB SD card and it was fine, then i rode my motorcycle to work and it kept turning completely off. And had random 3 minute videos here and there. And to top it all off it doesn’t have blue tooth, it connects via “wifi” which it the dumbest way to connect a camera to a phone because the signal gets lost constantly unless you are near a hotspot ect. So in my opinion save up for that GO PRO camera you keep looking at and skip this junk, i am sending it back asap

Good choice for the price.
I regularly go camping in the desert of Baja California, but I never had the interest of buying a camera to record my trips until a few days ago. I had already been recommended SDJCAM brand before, but you know, you always have doubts when you do not know much about the brand, when I saw that this model was launched and was within my budget, I thought it was a good choice. Let me tell you that I can not be happier with my choice, very good image quality and accessories. What I liked was the screen behind, for me this is important because it allows me to see what I record and be sure that I like it. The audio of this type of camera's is not always good, but I'm surprised that it sounds pretty good. I think it's a good choice for the price.

Great camera for skating and other sports
I had one similar but this one was improved. You can see how it's being recorded in a new second front screen. Better quality in general, and you get a better video because you can see wider landscape. I'm glad I bought this one.

SJCAM SJ4000 Review
I want to start this review off with a disclaimer - no, this camera does not meet or exceed the performance of a recently released go pro, and it shouldn't be expected to either. But, it does offer an experience that is similar to what older models of go pros provided performance wise. Let's take a look at the specs. With the camera weighing around 60 grams, it's quite light. Inside is an Aptina AR0330 Sensor capable of shooting up to 12MP stills and 1080p at 30fps. Although you are able to shoot in full HD, you're not getting the more fluid 60fps experience. To shoot in 60, you'll have to drop down to 720p. The included battery is 900mAh and will give around an hour to an hour and a half of battery life. Moving on, let's take a look at the camera and what comes inside the box. The camera has built-in wifi that you can use to connect to your phone and view live feed through an application. You can control the entire camera from here, including its settings, and even download pictures and video straight to your phone. Very convenient. For I/O, there is micro-USB, micro-HDMI, and a micro SD card slot. Lots of micro stuff here. Lastly, the back of the camera features a 2inch LCD screen. Inside the box, you'll find a general assortment of accessories such as mounts and buckles. Pause to take a look at everything. The extra backdoor housing has cutouts for the straps to go through if you want to walk around with it around your neck. Furthermore, they also included a plastic shell that doesn't cover the mic but still allows the camera to be mounted. And how is that quality? The 1080p video from this camera is good for what it's priced, provided that you have good lighting conditions. I took a video of me walking through my house in a poorly lit condition and the performance wasn't very good, as everything looked muddied and had a lot of noise. Although I don't have a pool, the camera's housing protected the unit whilst being submerged in a bowl of water for 20 minutes. The Camera even seems to float a little, as it kind of bobbed along in the water. To wrap up my thoughts on this camera, I can recommend this given you're the right person for it. If you're someone who wants to use an action camera on an occasional basis and doesn't want to drop $300-$400 on something that you're just not going to use a lot - it makes sense to go ahead and spend a fraction of the cost because you're still getting a good experience. On the flip side, if you're wanting an action cam on a daily or even weekly basis, then shelling out the full price for a high dollar camera might just be warranted. A real go pro will likely last longer, and there are better warranties and support for it. Plus if you need an action cam that much, whatever you're recording is probably a very important hobby or lifestyle for you. With all of that being said, there is one use case I could argue very much for this camera - a dash cam. Dash cams don't need to look pretty, they just need to capture car A hitting car B. Luckily, this camera has a built-in function for this, and it will automatically start recording when you turn the car on, and stop recording and turn off when you turn the car off. This will only work though if your car doesn't supply power to its leads when turned off. My Ford Ranger unfortunately does, so your mileage may vary.

Great camera
Great for beginner, if you want something affordable with good quality this is your camera. Obviously it does not perform features such as the GoPro but you get what you paid for. Added some color grading for this video.

Barata y confiable.
