I have anemia and chronic stomach problems. These medical issues make it hard for me to be able to eat whatever I want and get the nutrients I need. I was very nervous about stomach cramping with this protein powder but thankfully it doesn't cause digestion problems for me. It is quite expensive at $70, but I assume it's because of the high quality of the powder. It dissolves well enough for me so the texture is fine. This is the only protein powder I've ever used so I'm not sure how dissolvable it is in comparison to other powders. I've noticed a difference in my skin, especially my face, the collagen is helping. Lastly I'll say buyer be warned, it's addictive. I use the chocolate in a banana and blueberry smoothie and it's better than any smoothy or milkshake I've ever had. It has an absolutely fantastic taste!! If you can afford it, get it. Hopefully the price will go down.
