Samsung Galaxy A14 4G 64GB Silver

This phone is a great buy. It’s size works for everybody to use which makes it easy to use for all even first time users. It’s fairly speedy and doesn’t lag often and connects to the internet easily. All data from previous Samsung phones is easy to transfer (like Apps,Photos,Passwords ,etc) which is very helpful. The battery life for this phone is decent and long lasting & it charges well in good time also. The camera is amazing for pictures and has high definition and great quality. It’s not possible to comment on the video quality as this was a gift and hasn’t been tested for video however it’s easy to assume it’s also good. It has 64GB so there’s more than enough storage for users who don’t have a lot of apps and doesn’t fill up very fast. It’s great value for money and is a good product for all users hoping for a long lasting, quality phone. I recommend also purchasing a screen protector because so far there have been no cracks to the screen but the phone is definitely sturdy which helps. Would recommend!

It works reasonably well but definitely not for gaming or demanding apps. I just needed a fairly reliable basic phone with availability to run some of the most popular apps, this it does fine.It does have a few quirks like Google password manager not always being able to input the password but this could be due to them being transfered badly from my old phone. Apart from that battery life is good and the phone is fairly quick. I would have liked a bit more volume but for the money it's not a bad phone, if you want more you have to pay a higher price.

This was bought as a temporary replacement for a Galaxy Note, that I had dropped on the floor. Yes it is slightly sluggish in comparison to a high end mobile, but a little patience pays dividends for a very capable mobile, that I might actually keep! This costs one tenth of the Galaxy Note, but is 2 thirds as good in operation. Transferring user and apps from the Note to this was easy and the granular selection allowed me to pare down my bloated app selections I'd had before. I'd recommend this phone as a first phone or a cost saving choice at a shade over a tun. Delivery was quicker than stated and it was a brand new phone in a sealed branded box, lovely.

The phone was a present for my 11 year old. She's absolutely delighted with it. Granted, it's big and she's bought herself a bag to carry it in as it's too big for a pocket. But the size means it's got a fabulous screen. When compared with my Samsung Galaxy that costs around 6 times the price of this one it really isn't lacking in any important features and so represents fantastic value for money at the price we paid (£105).

I wanted a mobile phone which had quick and lots of features, a long-lasting battery, a nice colour and comfortable feel. This Samsung is the best mobile I've bought. It looks far more expensive than what I paid. I read other reviews and the only two negatives seemed to be (1) no charger (2) can't pay for items with it. As I already have chargers and as I don't use my smartphone to pay for things, I am delighted. Thank you

Phone came well packaged and arrived 2 days after ordering via Royal Mail. Easy to set up, bit bigger than I expected. Fast charging time but I did buy a separate charger after reading reviews about the C to C charger included in the box. Battery lasts longer than any other phone I've had. Really pleased with purchase.

Opened the box and found a slip saying this phone was for first use in India so contacted seller to confirm it would definitely be OK to use in UK. After 24 hours I'd received no reply (and also found the same info on the outside of the box) and read about Samsung's region lock and the 1 star reviews here. So requested return on basis wrong item was supplied but found I was expected to pay postage so called Amazon to see where I stood. They told me that phone model would be OK to use in the UK and to go ahead and try it with a sim and if it didn't work the seller would refund postage. They also chased the seller who eventually messaged to say it would be OK. And amazingly it does work with no hitches to far. I don't expect to have any warranty but I'm keeping the phone anyway & posting this in case its helpful.
