I think this is designed more for travel than for day to day office work. I can comfortably fit my laptop and associated note books into this with room to spare. Multiple compartments and the pack cubs are a nice feature. The handle is sturdy and retracts easily. It does have a nice carry handle but I ended up adding a makeshift shoulder strap for when I have to go up multiple flights of stairs. Rollers are pretty sturdy and 30 days of use, so far ,are holding up to pavement use. Overall good product even though it is a bit bigger than expected.
