Ship very quickly, only a tiny dent found is found on the top side, all functions work well, only took 1 week to receive product in Taiwan since order purchased, overall this is a very good experience to get this great value product.

Amazing sound, but malfunctioned
Once a week or so, without warning it would shut off by itself with a deafening, explosive pop from all speakers, 5.1 so from all sides. Stressful not knowing when it would happen, terrible when it did. Wife refused to watch TV with it on. I tried all troubleshooting but it kept happening. That said, sound quality for music and movies really impressive. My first two Sony receivers were perfect during their lifespans; think I just got unlucky here. Not surprisingly, I returned it.

Do not purchase!
Receiver worked properly for about 2 weeks. After the receiver had to be unplugged and plugged back in the surround sound would no longer work. Tried everything, but could not get the rear speakers to work with the front speakers anymore. The worst part of this experience was it cost me 58 dollars to ship a defective product back. Do not buy from this company buy a new unit through prime or a refurbished through a reputable seller that will stand behind their product.
