I have to say this is a fantastic honey. It taste great it is high-quality. I would not purchase the 2.2 pound container again because the container is garbage. I would have hoped that this quality honey would have been packaged in a glass jar with a better lid. Once you open the container, and if you get any tiny bit of honey in the threads of the top cover, it’s almost impossible sometimes to open the container. When trying to open the cover, even when the container has been sealed from the factory, it almost feels like you’re going to burst the plastic container , like I said, the taste of this honey is fantastic. My recommendation to the manufacturer is that they package this in a glass container. I think what I might try is to heat up this 2.2 pound container and pour the honey in a glass mason jar that has a lid that is spring loaded.

This honey is amazing. Everyone should research this product. I use a teaspoon of it in my Japanese green tea every day. It tastes great, not overwhelmingly sweet.
