Is the height 47cm including the carry handle? I’d like the height without the carry handle included.

Its the height of the actual bag itself not including the extended handle, its a fair size. We took it to disney paris as plane luggage and it fitted all items for the weekend break, it was summer and hot so didnt need much! 😊
