Great piece of equipment plus the solar panels. Just tried it in the house to get to know the workings.It will then be put in camper van to run air fryer, c pap machine, mobility scooter and if needed will charge the van.Good deal on Black Friday.

Product arrived today, well packaged and seems good quality. Hooked the generator up to mains and charged it up. Still good. Plugged in Solar, was getting 112W on a cloudy day, not terrible. Plugged in a lamp to the AC output, turned it on to test. Problems. 1. The AC output switches off after 10 minutes. The app has it set to 2 hours if there is no load, but there is load and it turns off after 10 minutes making it useless for my purposes. 2. I contact support via the app (after creating an account and registering equipment). The bot has me in a queue. When I reach the end of the queue the chat window times out. this happened twice when I go to be the next customer with very different waiting times. 3. Emailed support, still no answer from them, but I did only email at about 2pm. Other odd things: 1. The fan comes on even when it's fully charged with no solar coming in and < 1W output. It's only 20 degrees C here. Plus side: the fan is very quiet. I assume much quieter than the Delta Max was going be reviews. 2. The solar lead from panel to generator is quite short. Would have thought they'd ship it with a good 3m one. 3. The app keeps losing connection with the generator and then picking it up again. Its just across a small room so that's odd. 4. When powering a lamp it says 0 W out. Would have thought it would make sense to round it up to 1W? And also I think the inverter uses power too so would have been good to add that in. I will update this if there is any more news. 2023-08-01 Update: Ecoflow via Amazon has agreed to give me a full refund and I have sent it back. Here's the information I've got from them and via other Ecoflow users on Reddit (mostly from Reddit as Ecoflow didn't manage to answer my more important questions and were more interested in sending me a replacement.) - The issue with losing 30% of the battery in one second may be a software-hardware calibration issue. Apparently if you cycle the device a few times it might/will fix it. I suspect this is probably true but I don't want to risk the tech in my house yet. I'd suggest that they 1. Make that clear to new users, and 2. Ideally do this themselves so that that device is properly calibrated and doesn't alarm new users. - The AC can be overridden to be permanently on through the software. This would fix my issue in a basic sense, but doesn't fix my larger use case as I'd want it to automatically turn off if no power is being drawn from it. - Judging by reddit, the customer support coverage is terrible. Each individual customer support person I've talked to has been quite helpful, but I've had to call directly to get hold of them. The in-app support is completely broken (or was when I used it). The email support lags about a week. - My concerns about what happens if the unit goes above 45 degrees C were never properly answered. One support email said "If you insist on using it at this ambient temperature, please be careful to place the battery in a ventilated place, and the fan port of the battery should not be blocked." Which seems a little rude as I was concerned about climate temperatures going above 45 in my area. I had no intention to overheat it deliberately. The device itself seems well made. If they'd clearly informed me of the cycle calibration, had a higher battery temperature operating range, and customer support and software had been better, I'd have liked to keep it. The solar panels also seemed very well made.

Por poner una pega, la funda del panel solar sirve de soporte, pero nos es ideal porque los laterales se doblan. Así no recoge el sol de manera uniforme. Vamos a construir algo más sólido y estable con madera y la posibilidad de cambiar de posición según necesidad de inclinar más o menos el panel. Por lo demás, hasta ahora parece ir bien. La batería carga con el panel en varias horas. En un día bueno se puede cargar casi del todo la batería principal. Tiene muchos enchufes y conectores para cargar cosas. En general, un acierto
