Do you need caulk gun to apply this caulk?

Is this applicable to stick and peel floor tile?

I'm gonna say no given the floor tile is made from ceramic, porcelain, marble or any stone texture. Its a silicone so you want to make sure its clean if dust, dirt, water. Nice and dry and clean then add, any messed up you clean up with a blade(straight razor, with a free hand not a box cutter)

Would this bond two pieces of silicone; silicone to silicone?

It probably would if the container worked properly…but it doesn’t.

Does it prevent mold?

Mold can form on the top of the sealant if and where moisture is present. When the relative humidity level in the bathroom remains above 60% due to poor ventilation, spores that are present in any home will attach to the caulking and begin to multiply. Mold will feed on wood, soil, cloth, or dust. Most of these substances are present in bathrooms all the time.
