I ordered a size large, not realizing these were intended for men, but they fit well and are even a little snug for me. I'm average weight and build for a 5'6 woman. Maybe I was sent the wrong size, but it didn't say on the package, but it's something to be aware of if you're larger than me. Otherwise, the quality seems fine, although I've had better wrist braces. The gold is pretty, although less reflective than the pictures.

These work great and look great. I love having pads that aren't the usual black. I'm an adult, 5'5 and usually wear a size Small in clothes and these fit me great. Expandable quite a bit with the velcro.
