My kids, ages 6 and 10, are obsessed with this protein powder! It gives them the little boost of protein they both need with the added benefit of an amazing taste! I really like this protein powder even as an adult. It does not taste chalky or gritty like some of the other brands of protein. This mom of two very picky eaters highly recommends this product! I have been buying it for a couple years now. My kiddos are big smoothie drinkers in the morning.

I'm only giving 4 and not 5 stars because we ordered the vanilla and it tasted a bit like playdoh acording to my daughter. My other daughter ended up loving it when she mixed it with strawberries. In 2 weeks she finished the whole thing. It definetely works well since her muscle mass has grown and she thinks it tastes great Although I will try buying the chocolate one for my other daughter to try.

I’ve finally found protein for my 8 year old son(ADHD). We’ve tried literally every protein powder there is out there. He doesn’t eat meat so this is definitely a win for us. We add frozen strawberries, honey, and water and bam! He’s obsessed! Says it tastes like jetty punch from tropical smoothie without the banana. He hates bananas. So I don’t add them.

My son loves the pre made individual ones… he will not drink the powder Even when mixed with milk. I think it’s probably fine for may kids, he is just Picky.

I purchased this for my 12 year old son and it has been a great addition to his daily intake. He has a nice big appetite with a very fast metabolism just like his father and I. So I decided to add this protein supplement which has essential nutrients and vitamins. He loves it! I mix it with orange, carrot and pineapple juice. Whether I blend it or I shake it up in a reusable bottle it does not have gritty powder nor an off-putting taste. I highly recommend mixing it with a fruit smoothie or a thicker juice like orange juice for little ones who may be picky with their flavors. Choosing a natural fruit juice that they already like and adding the powder to that will help them to drink it without a fuss. My husband suggested giving him the protein in the afternoon since he would have already eaten his breakfast and lunch and a snack. Which may be better tolerated than having the protein on an empty stomach or during breakfast time as it is only the first meal of the day. I do not give him this protein every single day I usually alternate it with his multivitamin of the same brand name but that's only two or three times a week as he is young and we have to monitor vitamin and nutrient levels with these kinds of supplements for our little ones. I highly recommend and will be purchasing again.
