We renovated our bathroom so it took about a month to finally have the shower tower installed and it looked great. One problem the handheld shower was broken at the base. I was dreading asking for a replacement because of past customer service (not with this company). But Tony at BWE was on it and sent it out to me in one week!!! So I bought this product last year in October, so it's a little under a year old. Took a couple months to install it so it's literally been in use maybe 5 months. Woke up this morning to water rushing down into my basement through the wall. After investigating figuring out what's going on I found this hose broken behind the wall. Poor quality would not recommend.

This is the second one of these that I’ve bought. And we have the same issue every time. The rain shower at the top has a cheap plastic contraption up there and it ends up leaking or breaking. The only reason I’ve ordered another one is because the clips are already installed. It didn’t last two years, but it’s cheap enough that I can order another one.

Directions to install are limited.

Lost a ton of water pressure installing this. Looks great, but performs badly.

Really wanted to love this until the paint started chipping away less than 5 months of having it installed. Otherwise, works fine and has all the features I want.

Love it. Waited a year to review as I wanted to test out the durability. So far so good, the flow is great, no leaks and everything works to perfection. Great looking u it too and the price is more than reasonable. Would recommend

We love the shower system, though the temperature display is really unnecessary and difficult to change battery. We probably don't need all the spray jets, but when completely renovating a bathroom, why not go for the gusto? Temperature and spray are easy to adjust, the wand is long enough and powerful.

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP Worse quality ever. Less than 6 months in the usage and it is leaking from all faucets. Impossible to contact seller via Amazon and no return from their website.

I can’t believe the quality of this for the price we paid. The pressure that comes out of it is surprisingly great. Look is amazing as well!
