Kind regards, Abigail Customer support **Q: Shower starts off hot but after a minute runs luke warm,even though plenty of hot water in the tank.Is this cartridge the answer.** A: So long as the hot and cold water supplies to the shower are okay, plus the filters are clear, then it is most likely the Cartridge at fault. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Fits perfect, easy job *by S***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 September 2019* Purchased for a system fitted over 12 years ago that (like others on here) was leaking from the front.Its an easy swap.Turn the hot and cold supplies off.Run the water out.Remove old unit.Remove old O ring at the rear. This is a 2 minute job using a fishing hook taped to a screw driver. Use a torch, insert screwdriver / hook into unit, insert hook into old O ring. Remove.Grease new O ring and insert using a screwdriver to offer it up, get one half into the recess where the old one came out, use a second screw driver or your finger to pop the rest in.Replace the unit.
