A: Yes, the UPS will not power connected devices if it's off.

A: The runtime and percentage display will default to green. Also when the UPS is on battery backup power the reactor circle with display green, yellow or red depending on the battery's remaining power.

**Q: Can the UPS be laid on it's side?**
A: No, the gaming UPS is not designed to be laid on it's side.

**Q: When I unplugged the gaming UPS to test the battery, the connected devices turned off, why?**
A: First, please make sure the UPS is turned on. If the unit is on, ensure your devices are plugged into the designated battery backup outlets and not plugged in the surge only outlets.
