Doesnt even cover meaningfull amounts of Magnesium Calcium and D3. If you are going to the gym dont buy this alone. You will need more Magnesium, D3 and Calcium. Boron would have been good as well. Also this has negligible amounts of choline so if you want that you will have to get it separately. Okayish supplement in other aspects.

I have been using Nutrabay Multivitamin for some time now and I’m fully satisfied with the product. Competitively priced and value for money. It has higher percentage of vitamins than HK Vitals.

As several other reviews have noted, these multivitamins smell extremely bad, like rotten eggs or fish. When I opened the bottle for the first time, I found that the airtight seal was only glued half way through. High-dose B-complex vitamins (specifically Choline) can degrade into a compound called trimethylamine, which smells like rotting fish. This indicates poor sealing or moisture exposure during storage/shipping. Avoid this product. The manufacturer must be aware of packaging and quality issues given the multiple reports and reviews about this here on Amazon. I’ll be reaching out to FSSAI to complain about this.
