I bought this massager almost a year ago and I love it. It gets the job done and feels great; I have a lot of back issues and pain, and this helps to keep that pain from getting worse and worse like it usually does when I use it often.The first one did break; one of the massage balls tore through the fabric, but that’s probably because of user error. However, I contacted customer support on their website and they sent a replacement out to me right away. It was seamless and I’m thankful for their timing as I didn’t want to go too long without massaging my back. I think I got the replacement within 3 business days. The first one lasted me almost a year, and if it hadn’t of been for the ball tearing through the fabric part (there is a padded covering that ensured my safety so I wasn’t harmed!) I’m sure it would have lasted for a good while longer too; it’s really good quality for this price point.The noise level is amazing; practically no noise unless you’re using the vibration setting, and even then it’s minimal.Highly recommend to anyone who needs a decent massager and doesn’t want to break the bank. You can control where there massage balls go (higher or lower), and you can keep them in a certain spot as well. There is also a really nice heat option that just adds a bit more relaxation; using that during the cold months was great and kept me toasty!

Fabulous massager! I bought it back in 2021, put it in the closet and forgot about it, then started to use it a few weeks ago. I am happy to have "rediscovered" it.I placed it in an "egg chair" which allows me to move and swing a bit. Very relaxing before going to sleep. Though I had lost the instructions, it is very easy to set up, super user-friendly. The heat and vibration are nice touches too.

I highly recommend this product for the price point. (I got it on a sale.) I am a person who loves deep tissue massages and I am not sensitive at all - I prefer it HARD. I would say for an at home device, that the strength is quite impressive. For me, I would love if it were even a little stronger, but it’s very effective as is. I don’t use the vibration at all- feels like a total waste and not useful, but maybe others are into it. It’s kind of a bummer that with the way it’s shaped, it doesn’t really hit my neck at all. But the full back otherwise gets a very nice rub down. I also sometimes put it on the floor and lay belly down, and get a massage to my front- chest and stomach area. The heat function is key- it does take a little time to warm up, but once it does, it helps loosen the tissues. I do wish that when you put it on the “spot” function, where it stays massaging over one area, that it wouldn’t keep changing directions- it pauses and resets the spinning massage points in a way that’s kinda annoying- like I wish it would just keep going without the pause. My complaints are minor, and again, I think it’s a really good deal for what it is.

I've dealt with tight back and neck muscles for years and I have all sorts of gadgets, tools and massagers to help combat it. However, this is the best massager I've used hands down! Massage guns can be awkward and tiring to hold and you can't easily get to your back yourself. I also have a back and neck massager that is a strap and you hold with your hands/arms. That's better but then you have to contort your arms to get it in the various spots along your back. However, the Snailax Shiatsu Massage Cushion does the work for you! You just set it up on a chair, sit on it and turn it on. It really does all the work for you. It will go up and down your back for you - kneading you back the entire time. There are different functions you can select like just on your upper or lower back. It even has a spot feature to have the massager focus on a specific area. While doing that, you can have your tush and back legs massaged with the vibrational cushion. All of this plus heat.I've only had this a couple of weeks but I have already noticed huge improvements in my neck and shoulders. If you have a chronically tight neck or back and find it hard to get to all the spots, I strongly recommend this massager. I love it so much, I got one for my dad for Christmas.

Where to start... honestly I never really trust a lot when it comes to items like this. My other half asked what I wanted for Christmas and I have a lot of lower back pains from falling on ice years ago and having a fracture to my upper and lower spine, I never thought an item like this would work but when asked what I wanted for a gift I said a back massager. He asked me to find one I would like and I came across this. I read over the reviews and still was not fully sure because putting faith into a lot of mechanical items just aren't what they use to be. After receiving the massager I was very impressed with the quality of it firstly. It was not like solid plastic, it had thicker foamed areas, leather like feel, nothing cheap about it. I am a heavy guy at 300lbs, and I stand 6'. The top of it reaches almost to my shoulder so I'm sure if you are shorter you will feel the neck area and it literally works down to your crack. The vibrations are felt all over and on the area that you sit. The roller balls, OMG absolutely AMAZING! I swear it's like a little asian man hidden in there working my back, squeezing, and pressing, working out the knots and rolling themselves around and up and down. Even with my weight against it, it doesn't stop and I just melt into it. Yes the timer is only 15 minutes, but click it back on if you aren't finished. Even if this thing breaks after a few months, I will gladly pay for more. One visit to a real massager will cost this, so who cares if you need to buy a new one every year. So far I've had this for a few weeks and still works perfectly and I am a daily user, some times multiple times daily.
