Packing issue
Phenyl's quality is good ,however the lid of the bottle could had been better.the bottle and the lid were sealed with a plastic sticker only and the plastic sticker had got wet with a few drops of phenyl(it seems lekage was from time of packing) .There was no other issue.just take care of packaging to earn all Stars.

Extremely good quality floor cleaner
For the 1st time amazon has made a very good attempt to come out with a product which cleans the floor very well and keeps the house fresh. Price is absolutely value for money. The products performs satisfactorily. Would recommend anyone using the likes of Lizol to try this out. Yes it is still a step behind Nimyl but knows may be they can beat them in future.

Concerns on the Bottles Company Packaging
Outer packaging looked fine, inside, few drops of cleaning liquid had leaked/spilled, and the Bottle's Lid didn't have any additional seal/cap, is this how the manufacturers end packaging looks like !? i wonder, attached pictures 👀 I like the smell of this Neem Floor Cleaner, yet to use how its clean performance looks like, will edit the review later after use.

Good product
I liked the product delivery boy's concern, I used it for floor n toilet cleaning the fragrance of the product remains for 2 hours only The plastic container was not good it was received with bended neck. Few drops of the liquid was spilt in the card board box.
