2PCS 4.2” Steel Chain Quick Links, 2500 LBS Heavy-Duty Chain Hook Connector

I have used these for adding a length of rated chain to my safety chains on my trailer. They work great and the threading action is smooth and accurate. It can be difficult to determine if a quick link is decorative or actually made for work. While vendors could lie, these are truly sturdy pieces. I have not tested them as I hope to never need to use the safety chains on my trailers, but with 3000+ miles they still look good and work smoothly.

Using this to hold up egg chairs. Works amazing! We have family members of various weights and the chairs have held up with no hesitation. I’m confident in sitting in the chairs myself as well.

Update: I’ve had these for over a year now and they’ve help up great. The paint has been scratched off a little and you can see the bare stainless, but they get abused. I use for trailer chains and use weekly. Also pull rv occasionally. These links are the perfect size and good quality for the price. Easy to install and use.

These are perfect for my porch swing. A cheap pair came with my swing hanger and I wanted something more heavy duty. I originally ordered the medium set but the opening didn’t fit on my hangers. Ordered a larger set and it is perfect. Wanted to be able to remove the swing if needed. They are definitely heavy duty.

Strong sturdy rings but threads could be machined better.
