I sweat a lot when I work out. Peloton rides, heavy lifting, sauna sessions - I was drinking so much water after workouts and still felt drained and thirsty. Turns out my electrolytes were depleted and no matter how much water I drank I could never actually get hydrated. Until I started taking LMNT. These fixed that day one. The difference is almost immediate. More energy, clearer head, less fatigue getting through a hard session. The headaches I used to get after tough workouts are gone. I have tried other electrolyte mixes and the flavor on most of them tastes artificial to me and honestly did not seem to have the same effect. LMNT tastes clean. It is a little salty, which I actually crave now, and it dissolves easily and quickly. One thing worth knowing: LMNT has a lot more sodium than most other electrolyte products - 1000mg per packet. That is by design and it is probably why it works so well for heavy sweaters. Just worth checking if you are sensitive to sodium or used to other brands. My routine: on a heavy Peloton ride days I start drinking it about 30 minutes before and save half to finish during the ride. On lift and sauna days I have it during the lift and finish it right before I go in. It has become non-negotiable. No sugar, clean ingredients, and it actually works. Worth every penny. Five+ stars.

I’m obsessed with LMNT. These are hands down my favorite electrolytes. No sugar, clean ingredients, and they actually make a difference in how I feel—especially during workouts and busy days when I’m not drinking enough water. The Orange Salt flavor is great: flavorful but not overly sweet or fake tasting. Raspberry is my favorite! I love that it doesn’t upset my stomach and helps with hydration, energy, and preventing headaches or fatigue. I keep these stocked at all times and use them daily, whether I’m working out or just trying to stay hydrated. If you’re looking for a zero-sugar electrolyte that actually works, this is it. Will absolutely continue buying.

These are my go-to during my warm weather runs. Expensive but mixes well, no sugar, taste is great, and serves the intended purpose. Works well. I’ll continue to buy.

Tastes great and works well for hydration. The Orange Salt flavor is refreshing and not too sweet, and it gives a nice electrolyte boost after workouts or long days. Mixes easily and has clean ingredients with no sugar. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the price—it’s pretty expensive for 30 packets.

LMNT was recommended to me by a nutritionist to get more electrolytes without extra calories. They are salty so that takes some getting used to but now I love it. They dissolve really well. You can mix them with other carby mixes if you need more carbs, and they boost the flavor. I highly recommend.

Tried a bunch of electrolyte products and these are the best all around. Light. No sugar. Good taste. Wish there were more assortment options so I could choose to have variety that doesn't include the flavors I don't care for.

I mix them with either filtered water or I like to pep them up by mixing them in SpritzUp! They make a lovely peppy drink that feels like it is giving you’re the additional minerals that they claim.
