Works. Makes my lips look amazing and plumps well. Tingles. But itโs cheap as heck and it works for a couple hours. Makes them super glossy and hydrated looking too. Pics taken 5 minutes apart. The best thing to do is exfoliate your lips with a cloth or a lip scrub before putting this on.
